Dorothy Moore continues to top iTunes blues charts for 3 years now with her song Misty Blue that lives on today. She's still tops in soul blues with many awards.

@ppinn Dorothy Moore is an okay choice for nomination. Of course, her one big hit, “Misty Blue” is one of the best Soul records ever, and she has had several hit Soul singles from the early 70s right up to the early 90s. Remember, her credentials in Blues music doesn’t count, since the website only picks artists based on their work in Soul music only. (See my recent post, “NOMINATIONS FOR FEMALE ARTIST (March 2014)”.
